Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or browsing the Verdate marketing site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Access to the Verdate demo environment requires explicit acceptance of these terms upon registration.

2. Service description

Verdate provides:

• A marketing site (this site) describing the Verdate product.
• A demo environment to build visual medical-chronology timelines for personal-injury attorneys.

Production use of the Verdate product, wherein AI processing is run exclusively on firm-controlled infrastructure, is governed by a separate negotiated Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the marketing site or demo/product, including attempting to circumvent trial limitations, gated-feature restrictions, or security controls.

The demo environment is not designed to receive real client data. You must not upload actual case files, medical records, or any client-identifying information to it.

4. Intellectual property

Verdate, the Verdate name and marks, and the underlying software are the property of Relay Spatial, Unipessoal Lda and its licensors. We grant demo users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the demo solely for evaluation purposes.

5. Disclaimers

The marketing site and demo are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relay Spatial, Unipessoal Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the marketing site or demo. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the demo environment shall not exceed $100 USD.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site or demo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lisbon, Portugal.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the marketing site and demo/product evolve. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
